New format

Well, those (two) of you that regularly read Failed Muso will notice a change in the template. I felt a bit bored last night, and geed up by my latest acquisition of a LaCie 500GB external HD and the ensuing tidying up that followed, I decided to make a change. Sadly though, Blogger's own templates are fairly limited and lacking inspiration. I did like the way this template stretched everything across the whole page as opposed to the other one that concentrated it in the middle. I figure most people are using 17/19" monitors at higher resolutions so it won't be too much of a problem. If you're not, wake up and smell the 21st Century !!

Anyway, I'm sticking with this for now.

I did a Google for free templates in XML (the way Blogger now implements templates) and found some nice ones. One inparticular took my fancy, but every time I tried putting it on, Blogger wanted to delete some of my list widgets down the right of the page and I couldn't be arsed to write down all my links and then re-input them.

So, if you know of any really good XML Blogger templates that are free, or if you're that way inclined and want to design one for me (again, for free !), post them up in the comments section please :o)
