I was listening to Radio 1 (Ireland) yesterday and this burly truck driver came on to do a quiz they were hosting (he did quite well as far as I remember). At the end of it he piped up "I loved that piece you did on Prince yesterday, I'm a huge fan. I have all his studio albums and 8 DVD's as well as a few bootlegs". Now I was shocked at hearing this but then the presenter stunned me even more. The dj was the type you'd expect to enjoy a dash of trad while smoking a pipe and drinking a pint. He comes out with "Oh yes, Prince is an absolute musical genius. One of the most important muscians of our time!"
You'll find Prince fans everywhere! :)
